Central Italy · Tuscany
Overview
Season one of our Tuscany retreat was, to use a word we try not to overuse, perfect. A farmhouse in the hills south of Florence. Rolling landscape in every direction. Olive groves, vineyards, and a silence so full it almost has a sound of its own.
Days were structured but spacious. Morning barre on the terrace as the mist cleared. Meditation and journaling before breakfast. Long afternoons that turned into walks through the Val d'Orcia, or visits to hilltop towns, or simply time at the pool with a book. Sound baths at dusk. Dinners that went on as long as they needed to.
Season two is coming back. Register now for early access when dates are announced.
Where You'll Stay
We stayed in a converted farmhouse — a classic Tuscan casa colonica — deep in the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO-listed landscape of cypress avenues, wheat fields, and medieval hill towns. The property has been restored with care: terracotta floors, exposed beams, antique furniture, and a kitchen garden that feeds directly onto the dinner table.
There is a heated pool with views over the valley, a shaded loggia for morning sessions, and enough outdoor space that the group could always find a quiet corner. Evenings were almost ceremonially beautiful — the light, the hills, the table set under the stars.
