The Practice
Our Philosophy
A SolScape retreat isn't a holiday with a yoga class attached. It's a programme — intentional and structured — designed to give the body and mind enough challenge that real rest becomes possible afterward. You move properly. You breathe properly. You eat well. You sleep deeply. And by day three, something starts to shift.
We believe that movement and stillness are not opposites — they're partners. A strong barre session in the morning makes the meditation in the evening land differently. The breathwork circle clears whatever the afternoon excursion stirred up. The structure is what creates the space.
No experience is required. No specific body type. No performance. What we ask is that you show up willing to try, and we take care of the rest.
What We Offer
Samantha leads morning yoga sessions designed to work with every level of practice. She moves through vinyasa sequences that build heat and focus, before settling into longer holds that allow the nervous system to downregulate. Sessions end with a short guided savasana. Every class is adapted in real time to the group.

Nada's barre sessions are precise, progressive, and genuinely hard — in the best possible way. Expect small, targeted movements that challenge muscle groups you've forgotten you have, followed by long stretches that make you grateful for every second of effort. No equipment needed. No ballet background required.
Led by Nada · All levels
Outdoor movement sessions designed to reconnect the body with its natural environment — walks, flows, and practices held in the open air. Each session is adapted to the landscape and the group, and often becomes the experience people carry home longest.

"What I've learned from years of teaching is that the body already knows what it needs. Our job isn't to push it harder — it's to create the conditions where it can finally ask for what it wants, and then give it time to receive it." — Samantha, Co-Founder & Yoga Teacher
"Barre isn't about being a dancer — it's about discovering what precision and consistency feel like in your own body. When you do that in a beautiful place, surrounded by people who showed up for themselves, something shifts." — Nada, Co-Founder & Barre Instructor
Evening Practice
Each evening ends with the SolScape Circle — a dedicated space for ritual, reflection, and release. Depending on the retreat, evenings may include trance movement, guided personal psychology sessions, yoga philosophy discussions, or simply sitting together in intentional silence.
These are the moments that turn a programme into a transformation.
Where We've Been
Past Retreat
Our desert retreat. Dunes, palm groves, and a silence so complete it recalibrates the nervous system. Practice at dawn before the heat arrives, and stargazing until sleep comes easily.
Past Retreat
Whitewashed light and Aegean air. Practice sessions on the rooftop at golden hour, evenings in the SolScape Circle listening to the island breathe.
Past Retreat
Rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyard light. Morning barre on the terrace as the mist cleared. One of the most quietly beautiful settings we've taken the practice into.
Past Retreat
Coast, culture, and heat. Morning practice on terracotta terraces and afternoons in a landscape that lives equally well in sun and shade.
