Our Story
How It Started
SolScape began through two different paths that slowly met in the same place.
Samantha is known for her integrative approach to yoga, rooted in over three decades of study and teaching in philosophy, somatic awareness, movement as medicine, and embodied exploration. Her background in rhythmic gymnastics, along with her own experiences of recovery and healing, has deeply shaped her work.
Nada came from a lifelong background in movement through ballet, fitness, and strength training, eventually expanding that journey into a broader exploration of wellness, balance, and what movement can become through different stages of life.
What brought them together was a shared appreciation for retreats that feel both grounding and intentional — experiences where movement, environment, and meaningful connection come together naturally.
Together, they began creating the kinds of retreats they themselves are drawn to: thoughtfully curated experiences rooted in movement, held within beautiful settings that encourage presence, rest, clarity, and reconnection.
Over the past three years, SolScape has moved through Egypt, Greece, Tuscany, and Spain — with each retreat shaping the next chapter of what the experience continues to become.

The Founders
Founder of One Yoga Academy | Integrative Yoga & Mind–Body Educator
Samantha is the founder of One Yoga Academy and an integrative mind–body educator whose work is rooted in over three decades of immersive practice, study, and teaching.
With a background spanning rhythmic gymnastics, yoga philosophy, contemplative inquiry, somatic exploration, and transpersonal psychology, her approach blends movement, breath, and embodied awareness into practices that support presence, healing, and deeper connection to self.
Alongside a Master's degree in Fine Art and Sculpture, Samantha's teaching is shaped by both structure and creativity — guiding people beyond prescribed forms and into a more intuitive and lived relationship with the body, mind, and inner experience.
Through SolScape, she shares thoughtfully curated retreat experiences alongside her dear friend Nada, bringing together their complementary strengths and shared love for meaningful connection, beauty, presence, and experiences that leave a lasting imprint long after the retreat ends.

Barre Instructor & Movement Educator
Nada brings together years of movement practice, creativity, and a deep interest in how women move, evolve, and reconnect with themselves throughout different stages of life.
From ballet and strength training to barre and women's fitness, her teaching is grounded, encouraging, and energizing — focused on helping women feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their own bodies.
Through SolScape, Nada helps create retreats centered around movement, beautiful surroundings, shared experiences and the kind of atmosphere where people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
