Catalonia · Spain
Overview
Season one took a small, close-knit group to the Casa Anamaria — an eco-friendly boutique retreat nestled in the Catalonian countryside, surrounded by 22,000 square metres of serene gardens, rolling fields, and lush forest. A landscape designed to slow you down.
Each day was balanced and intentional: morning yoga and barre to ground the body, farm-to-table meals crafted from the hotel's own garden and local producers, and afternoons spent exploring one of the most culturally rich corners of Spain — the Dalí Museum in Figueres, the medieval city of Girona, traditional tapas in cobblestone bars.
Evenings ended with the Casa's spectacular sunsets, a sundowner in hand, and the kind of conversation that only happens when ten people have spent a full day moving and exploring together. Season one sold out. Season two is coming. Register now for priority access.
Where You'll Stay
Casa Anamaria is an eco-friendly boutique hotel set in the Catalonian countryside — a four-star sanctuary surrounded by rolling fields, lush forests, and 22,000 square metres of serene gardens. It was the kind of place that immediately stills you. The architecture is quietly stunning, the service impeccable, and the sense of complete escape genuine from the moment you arrive.
The hotel's gourmet kitchen works directly from its own farm and local producers — meaning every meal is seasonal, flavourful, and made with maximum vitality in mind. The outdoor salt water pool is perfect on warm May afternoons. The spa — with its sauna, thermal water pool, and treatment rooms — is available for those who want to go even deeper into rest. Sunsets from the Casa, as everyone who was there will tell you, are genuinely spectacular.
What's Covered
Retreat Highlights
Movement
Morning yoga to wake the senses, followed by the intricate precision of barre — then an evening yoga programme exploring mind–body philosophy. All classes are multi-level and beginner friendly. Nada and Samantha are available throughout for individual guidance.
Culture
A guided tour of the world-famous Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres — the birthplace of the artist and arguably the most surreal space on Earth. We leave after breakfast and spend the morning immersed in one of Spain's greatest cultural treasures.
Excursion
One of Spain's oldest towns, Girona is renowned for its medieval architecture and colourful houses along the river. We explore at our own pace, visit local shops, and end with tapas at one of the best bars in the city before heading back to the Casa for sunset.
Cuisine
The renowned Casa Anamaria chef takes us step by step through the art of making traditional paella with local, seasonal ingredients. In Spain, paella is more than a meal — it is a social event that creates unforgettable memories.
Rest
The Casa's spa offers sauna, thermal water pool, massages, and facials — a full sanctuary for deeper rest. Evenings end with the Casa's legendary sunsets: every guest is invited to pause with a sundowner and watch the light change over the gardens.
Farm-to-Table
All meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — are prepared by the gourmet kitchen using ingredients from the Casa's own farm and local producers. Maximum freshness, maximum flavour, and all the vitality your body needs to move and explore.
Your Hosts
Nada and Samantha are available throughout the retreat for individual questions and guidance from their areas of expertise. All movement sessions are multi-level and beginner friendly — no prior yoga or barre experience is needed, only a willingness to try.
Dates for season two are being finalised. Leave your details and you'll be the first to know — with priority access to book.
